The Sales Consultant operates as the senior leader, overseeing hiring, execution, and system performance. Owners benefit from strong sales adoption with minimal time commitment, supported by regular updates.

Sales consultant acts as company sales leader, including:

- Involvement in hiring process with new sales team members

-Handling sales staff as direct reports

-Weekly pre-meeting preparation & post-meeting documentation

- Collaboration on key sales execution items with owner/executive leadership, including:

- Design and outline sales process

- Develop sales strategies

- Build ideal client profiles for each vertical

Lead sales planning process

- Produce sales playbook

The Sales Consultant operates as the senior revenue leader, driving predictable growth while reducing owner involvement in day-to-day execution.

Sales Consultant acts as company Revenue Leader, including:

- Senior leadership over sales execution, performance, and accountability

- Direct oversight of sales staff and involvement in hiring

- Development of internal leadership and management capabilities

- Ownership of sales strategy, planning, and growth initiatives
